Facing the major needs of intelligent and green transformation and development of building materials industry, the Research Center for Green and low-carbon intelligent manufacturing of building materials focuses on technical research on carbon capture and in-situ transformation modeling and optimization of high temperature flue gas of cement production, intelligent regulation of new cement fluidized suspension calcination system, energy saving and carbon reduction optimization of cement production, etc. Breakthrough in key technologies such as modeling and optimization under the new process of cement production and chemical synthesis gas coupling, carbon resource utilization of carbonate, and high fossil fuel replacement regulation, support the optimization and regulation technology of low-carbon firing process of 10,000-ton cement clinker and the research and development and industrial application of efficient and stable collaborative disposal system of cement kiln solid waste, and promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the cement industry.
